Schedule a Personalized Visit
Learn more about the Brown School community and get tips on the application process by scheduling a visit! We are currently offering virtual visits and a limited schedule of in-person campus visits. When you are ready to request a visit, click the button below labeled "Schedule Your Visit."
Virtual Visits
Connect with members of the Brown School community from a laptop or mobile device. We can arrange for you to talk with a representative from the Offices of Admissions & Recruitment and/or a current Brown School student. Most meetings are scheduled via Zoom, but you may also have the option to schedule a phone call. All virtual visits are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 9 am – 5 pm CT.
In-Person Visits (Limited Options)
Get to know our campus-within-a-campus by attending a tour of the Brown School. While you’re on campus, you’ll also have the option to schedule an in-person meeting with an admissions representative and/or current Brown School student. In-person visits are currently held on
Fridays only, and
must be scheduled in advance. All visitors to the Brown School are expected to adhere to the following safety guidelines:
- Visitors
must be registered for a campus visit. At this time, the Brown School Office of Admissions & Recruitment cannot accommodate walk-in visitors.
- Washington University has implemented a vaccination requirement for all students, faculty, staff and trainees. All Brown School admissions visitors over the age of 5 are expected to comply with university COVID-19 vaccination requirements and show proof of vaccination upon arrival. More information about our vaccination policy can be found
here.
- Due to space limitations, all meetings with Brown School admissions staff and current students must be held individually with the prospective student visitor only. Prospective students are permitted to bring guests along for a tour of the Brown School.
- All Brown School admissions visitors are required to wear a mask that fully covers their nose and mouth while indoors.
- All guests must comply with posted guidelines on campus and any safety requests from admissions staff and tour guides.
- We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, and we reserve the right to alter or cancel any visitor experience, if necessary. If we do so, we will contact you via email and phone.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, not feeling well, or have had a known COVID-19 exposure, we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your visit.
Please know that we may need at least a week's lead time to meet your scheduling request(s).
