Social Work Library Policies and Procedures for Field Instructors
  1. You MUST be an affiliated field instructor.
  2. Your Social Work Library card is valid from September to August (the academic school year).  You must get a new card or renew your card each year.
  3. Your card is valid at the Brown School Library only.
  4. You may check out Social Work Library books for four weeks.  There is a fine of 15 cents per day for overdue books.  There is no grace period.
  5. You may NOT check out reserve books (behind the circulation desk), reference books, or periodicals.
  6. Because many services at the library require a library card, make sure you have the card with you each time you visit.  Library privileges will be denied if you do not have your library card.
  7. You MUST come to the Brown School Library with photo ID to pick up your library card within 2 weeks of application submission. The library is located on the third floor of Brown Hall.
