Description:
Drs. Jonson-Reid and Drake have assisted with the evaluation component of the Family to Family program for several years. The first few years of this work was funded in order to provide support for a doctoral student to attend evaluation meetings as they developed their reporting strategies. The partnership continues in an unfunded capacity through meetings with local evaluation staff in the program and continued assistance with reporting. The delay in reports for the past two years has been the result of a two-year waiting period for updated data from TANF to provide locations prior to foster care and turnover in Children’s Division research and evaluation that occurred at the same time as changes to the data. This also resulted in delays in this area.
