Staying current on issues related to social work practice has never been more important.

The Brown School's professional development program is designed to serve the needs of practicing social workers, clinicians, field instructors, and human service professionals.  We offer a wide range of courses that pertinent clinical and management issues. The program leads the professional community in its committment to innovation, renewal of skills, and integration of new learning into daily practice. 

All professional development courses are offered at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work from 9 a.m.–noon unless otherwise specified. Room assignments and parking permits are sent with confirmation of registration.  Check our events page to learn about upcoming courses
