After serving as the dean of the Brown School for thirty years, Professor Khinduka resumed his role as a full-time member of the faculty in 2004. He has written extensively on social work education, international social work, and ethnic diversity. He teaches a master’s level course on social, economic, and political environment. As a leader in social work education, Professor Khinduka has served in important positions in organizations such as the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), the National Association of Social Workers, and the National Association of Deans and Directors of Schools of Social Work. He is the immediate past President of the International Consortium for Social Development.
